The Workload Allocation Model (WAM) facilitates the reporting and modelling of staff workloads. It simplifies the process of capturing a day-to-day understanding of responsibilities and forecasting current and future workloads, feeding into planning and resourcing activities. At the same time, allows the flexibility for departments or faculties to customise their own process to suit their own needs.
The system has been developed and used with the University of Sheffield over the last decade, with over 3,600 academic staff across the five faculties at University of Sheffield.
Our online Workload Allocation Model is a fully-hosted service, meaning you only need to focus on your users and content. Given the breadth of customisable options, please contact us for specific pricing if you're interested in WAM.
